An architect born in Porto, Gustavo is a member of OA-SRN (Portuguese Association of Architects) since 2011, and completed a post-graduation in Management and Leadership at AESE – Business School in 2012, in the real estate sector, in Management at the Porto Business School in 2012 and in Real Estate Economics and Financing at the London School of Economics in 2019.
In 2012 Gustavo started working at Adriparte (his family's private equity business) and has since then worked on multiple real estate investment placements. He lived in Brazil from 2012 to 2018, managing Quartzo, a company dedicated to investing in low-income housing properties in that country.
He developed, built and sold over 1500 units and outlined a long-term plan for another 3500 units by 2025. In 2018, he returned to Portugal to manage Adriparte's real estate investments portfolio.
In his spare time, Gustavo is passionate golf player, and a Lego enthusiast.
